Who is behind this

AI & Coffee is a volunteer-run community across Luxembourg, Vienna and Metz, and the events are free to attend. It is not yet registered as an asbl or any other legal entity, so there is no registered name or address to publish here. The organisers are responsible for anything this website handles, and hello@aiandcoffee.org reaches them directly.

Your personal data

We do not collect it. There is no account to create on aiandcoffee.org, no newsletter signup, no advertising, no profiling and no tracking cookie, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a cookie banner. The only personal data that ever reaches us through this website is what you choose to type into the contact form and send.

We do measure whether pages are being read, using analytics that work without cookies. It records that a page was opened, not who opened it. It cannot identify you, it cannot follow you to another website, and nothing is stored on your device.

The contact form

The form on the contact page sends what you type to hello@aiandcoffee.org as an email. That means your name, your email address, your message, and your phone number if you choose to give one. It is delivered by Resend, our email provider, and it is not stored anywhere else. If you would rather skip the form, writing directly to hello@aiandcoffee.org reaches exactly the same inbox.

Emails you send us are kept only as long as they are useful for replying to you. We do not add anyone to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

Services we link out to

Two things happen off this website, and both are run by other companies under their own privacy policies:

• RSVPs and event listings are on Meetup. Signing up for an event means creating an account with them, not with us.
• Donations go through Buy Me a Coffee. We never see your card details, only that a contribution arrived.

Following a link to either of those puts you on their site, under their terms. We do not embed their scripts here, so neither of them can see you until you click.

Photographs

The photographs on this site were taken at AI & Coffee events. If you are in one and would rather not be, email hello@aiandcoffee.org and we will take it down. You do not need to give a reason.

Your rights under GDPR

This is a European community and we follow GDPR. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aiandcoffee.org and we will do it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.

We keep as little as possible, for as short a time as possible. We do not sell anything to anyone, we do not share your details with advertisers, and we do not build a profile of you.
